Randstad is seeking a Project Manager (Data Migration) for an 8-month contract on the Sunshine Coast hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). The role leads information architecture initiatives, data remediation and migration, and closely partners with BAs to deliver integrated project plans and governance-aligned outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in data migration projects, IT qualification, and demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder IT efforts

• Relevant IT and/or project management qualifications or enterprise IT experience.
• Experience managing complex projects involving information architecture, data governance, or system integration.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Project Manager (Data Migration) 8-Month Contract | Sunshine Coast Hybrid (3 days in the office: 2 days WFH) $90 per hour plus Super We are seeking a Project Manager to lead an information architecture project focused on improving asset information quality . You will lead a workstream, collaborate closely with Business Analysts, and oversee data remediation, integration, and data migration .

What You Will

Do: Lead the delivery of the Information Architecture and Solution Readiness stream, ensuring alignment with objectives, governance requirements, and implementation timeframes . Develop, maintain, and deliver integrated project plans to ensure the successful delivery of agreed outcomes .

Plan and coordinate relevant integration works by collaborating with system owners, technical specialists, business representatives, and vendors . Manage stream resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and critical-path activities with timely escalation and mitigation . Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change activities to support the delivery of project goals .

What You Need to Apply for

This Role: Ideally at least five years of project management experience , particularly focusing on data migration and remediation projects . A relevant degree or industry-recognised qualifications in Information Technology and Project Management, or equivalent enterprise IT experience .

Demonstrated experience managing complex business and technology projects involving information architecture, data governance, or system integration . Prior exposure to information architecture and asset management . Highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills to work effectively across executive, technical, and vendor groups .
