Job summary

Randstad on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Information Architecture and Solution Readiness Stream Lead to drive delivery of a critical Asset Management Program. Qualifications

• Relevant degree or industry-recognised qualifications in Information Technology and Project Management, or equivalent experience managing projects within an enterprise IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex business and technology projects involving information architecture, data governance, enterprise systems, or system integration.
• Strong understanding of information management principles, including data standards, reporting, assurance, and access controls.
• Strong time management and organisation skills to handle complex projects, manage competing priorities, and balance varying stakeholder expectations.
• Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively across executive, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver integrated project plans to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate relevant integration works alongside system owners, technical specialists, and vendors to manage interfaces, requirements, and testing.
• Manage stream resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing timely escalation and mitigation actions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change activities to establish effective relationships and achieve agreed business outcomes.
