Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead an information architecture project focused on asset information quality on the Sunshine Coast. The role is a 8-month contract with hybrid work: three days in the office and two days work-from-home.

The Project Manager will oversee data remediation, integration and data migration, lead a workstream, and collaborate closely with Business Analysts to deliver defined outcomes while aligning with governance and timeframes.

• Lead the Information Architecture and Solution Readiness stream focusing on asset information quality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and oversee data remediation, integration and migration.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver integrated project plans; manage risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Information Architecture and Solution Readiness stream.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver integrated project plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Plan and coordinate integration works with system owners, technical specialists, business representatives and vendors.
• Manage stream resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and critical-path activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change activities to support delivery of project goals.
