Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead one of its largest Commonwealth-funded funding programs. The role offers hybrid working with $115,000 plus super in a not-for-profit setting and a chance to influence governance and program outcomes.

You will oversee planning, delivery, financial management, compliance and stakeholder engagement, partnering with senior leaders and external partners to ensure successful delivery and funding obligations.

• Strong financial management and budget oversight skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Exceptional written communication and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Commonwealth-funded program.
• Manage program budgets, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
• Coordinate reporting obligations, governance activities and compliance requirements.
• Prepare high-quality reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, risks and program performance.
• Ensure adherence to audit, funding and contractual obligations.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and wider stakeholder network.
• Facilitate meetings and drive accountability across project teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process enhancement.
• Act as the key point of contact for program-related activities and enquiries.
