Sitzler Pty is seeking a Senior Project Manager for major construction and civil infrastructure programs based in Darwin, NT. The role leads delivery, manages cross-disciplinary teams, and ensures safety, quality and financial performance across projects valued well over $50M.

You will mentor Project Managers and Site Engineers, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to contractual obligations and company procedures in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/civil/related discipline.
• 15+ years' experience in construction or civil industry.
• 10+ years' experience in Project Management delivering major projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams on projects exceeding $50M in value or equivalent complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Project Delivery

• Lead the successful delivery of major, complex or strategically significant construction and civil projects.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and support to Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Contract Administrators and project delivery personnel.

Qualifications

Minimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil / Structural), Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience within the construction or civil industry
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management roles delivering major projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams on projects exceeding $50M in value or equivalent complexity.
