Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Darwin team. You will oversee civil construction projects across the Northern Territory, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role is based in Darwin with occasional travel to regional locations. A Civil Engineering degree and 5–10 years of experience are preferred; Defence project delivery is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5–10 years' experience in civil construction project management.
• Experience delivering Defence projects is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to NT project locations.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights in AU.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across the Northern Territory. This role will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The position will be based in Darwin, with travel to regional and remote project locations required from time to time.

• Willingness to travel to project locations throughout the NT.
