Job summary

Capricorn’s Enterprise Project Management Office in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis to lead end-to-end projects that support the new Operating Model. You will initiate, plan, govern and close projects, maintain scope, time, cost, quality and risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors while reporting progress to senior stakeholders. Strong delivery discipline is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience planning, leading and managing complex projects within scope, time, cost, quality and risk tolerances.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams including business, tech and external suppliers.
• Strong governance, reporting and artefact management capabilities.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable activities.
• Experience delivering organisational change and operating model implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of complex initiatives from initiation to close.
• Create clear delivery plans, governance structures and disciplined control of scope, time, cost, quality and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage dependencies and report progress.
• Support senior stakeholders to make timely, informed decisions and drive adoption of new operating models.
