You will prepare contract drawings, manage purchasing, attend production meetings, and maintain project documentation while reporting progress to stakeholders. The role requires relocation to Melbourne and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience as a qualified Mechanical Plumber in the Air-conditioning Industry.
• Reside in Melbourne and have Australian working rights.
• Highly creative.

• Able to provide regular reports and feedback.

Project Manager - Airconditioning Company

The Project Manager will coordinate and plan all aspects of a project to ensure all works and sub contracts are carried out in accordance with company management systems in a timely and profitable manner. The role will involve supervision and organisation of employees, sub-contractors and their works, document control, preparation and processing of contract drawings and instructions for projects, client liaison, purchasing and procurement, attending production meetings, and completing all job documentation. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to create and direct their own activities within the framework of the company, client and project.
