Job summary

Airmaster NSW is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead and deliver mechanical HVAC installation projects from tender to client handover, based in Auburn. You will coordinate all aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with Australian Standards.

The successful candidate will interpret drawings, liaise with consultants and trades, and guide estimates and installation delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualifications (Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer).
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings & specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of organisation with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to self-manage deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Strong understanding of project budgets & limitations.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice to clients & team members on air conditioning plant and control systems.
• Liaising with consultants and coordinating with service trades to ensure effective integration and project execution.
• Allocating responsibilities for the preparation of estimates and delivery of installation projects.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join the NSW Projects team, working out of the NSW office in Auburn.

The Project Manager's primary responsibilities is to manage and deliver mechanical HVAC installation projects from the tender stage through to successful client handover. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with applicable Australian Standards.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing technical advice to clients & team members on Air Conditioning plant and control systems

This role will be pivotal in continuing the growth and success of the NSW business as our Project Managers are crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction as well as working to obtain new customers.
