Job summary

Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regional WA projects from tender to completion. You will partner with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality. Regular regional travel is a key part of the role.

You will manage budgets, procurement and site coordination, with autonomy and long-term stability in a leading high-end commercial construction environment across Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, landscaping, or civil related industries.
• Willingness to travel regionally ~50% of the year.
• Strong budgets, programmes, procurement and site coordination experience.
• Valid Australian Driver's License, White Card and full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of regional projects, including budgets, programmes, procurement and site coordination.
• Travel to regional sites to set up projects, monitor progress and attend site meetings.
• Manage project handovers, setup, procurement and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation, risk, handover and compliance with procedures.
• Identify business development opportunities and pursue leads.

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Project Manager to join a leading high-end commercial construction company who operates across Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen on a position that offers frequent regional travel (accounts for approx. 50% of the year) and is looking for long-term stability and strong autonomy.

$120K - 150K + Super + Company Vehicle

Office Based in Perth with Regular Metro and Regional Travel

What will this position entail?

Working closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, you will take ownership of regional projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role will involve regular travel to regional project sites across WA, ranging from between 1-3 weeks away at a time depending on the project.

• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of regional projects, including budgets, programmes, procurement and site coordination.
• Traveling to regional sites to help set up projects, monitor progress, attend site meetings, coordinate subcontractors and support on-site teams.
• Managing project handovers, initial setup, procurement and all required project commencement documentation.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Managing project documentation, risk identification, project completion, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identifying potential business development opportunities to bring on more clients for the company and following through on any leads.
