The ideal candidate holds a builders licence, can lead diverse stakeholders, manage budgets, and read construction drawings. A strong client focus and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential in this collaborative, growth-oriented role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from commencement to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality.

We have Partnered with a leading Builder in Sydney to hire their next most integral player. Seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing residential construction team long term. This client is known for their exceptional client relationships, culture is extremely important therefore well developed interpersonal skills are a must for their next addition.
In this role, you will oversee multiple residential building projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing people, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering outstanding homes for our clients.
