Job summary

nbn is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic transformation initiatives across Field Services. You will lead and coordinate programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, robust planning, governance, and execution across the delivery lifecycle from discovery to benefits realisation, including risk management and change activities.

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Project Manager reporting to Executive Manager, Field Services

A bit about your role

The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units within nbn. Working within the Field Services project pipeline, you will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of key programs and projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, governance, and execution capabilities, with responsibility for driving projects through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and benefits realisation.

As Project Manager, you will oversee resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management activities in accordance with PMO governance standards. You will also prepare high-quality project documentation and presentations for governance forums and senior stakeholders, while partnering with business leaders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
