The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, robust planning, governance, and execution across the delivery lifecycle from discovery to benefits realisation, including risk management and change activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of key programs and projects within the Field Services project pipeline.
• Oversee resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance and change management.
• Prepare high‑quality project documentation and governance presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
