Job summary

Australia Wide Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Newcastle, NSW. This contract role is onsite five days per week and focuses on delivering fast-track construction, infrastructure, or data centre initiatives.

You will manage General and HV Contractors, oversee scope, budget and schedule, coordinate Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE), and drive commissioning and handover with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years of project delivery experience in construction, infrastructure, or data centres.
• Experience delivering fast-track, complex projects.
• Strong GC, contractor, commercial and stakeholder management experience.
• HV/electrical infrastructure experience is advantageous.
• Proactive “get things done” approach with strong communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects, particularly those with experience delivering fast-track and complex projects.

About You

• Hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable
