Job summary

Mace is seeking a driven professional to lead project delivery for initiatives with a variety of teams, consultants and contractors. You will drive progress against the project plan, manage budgets and risks, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across activities.

You will engage diverse stakeholders, coordinate design and programme integration, and promote digital excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement, contributing to Mace’s net-zero ambitions.

Qualifications

• Architectural or Engineering degree with experience delivering small to medium projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and industry regulations.
• Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement.
• Holds relevant technical qualifications or progressing toward professional accreditation (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS).

Responsibilities

• Leads project delivery in line with the Project Plan, coordinating teams, consultants and contractors to meet defined KPIs.
• Monitors progress, budget and risks, driving proactive mitigation and maintaining accurate project records.
• Ensures safety, quality and compliance through robust systems aligned with the Mace Way.
• Manages procurement, project changes and documentation to support timely, effective delivery.
• Coordinates design, programme integration and stakeholder communication to achieve project objectives.
