Job summary

Mace is seeking a project leader to drive delivery on small to medium projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to meet defined KPIs. • Architectural or engineering degree with project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, PM practices and regulations.
• Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement.
• Professional accreditation qualifications (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS) in progress.

You’ll Need To Have

• Architectural or Engineering degree with experience delivering small to medium projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and industry regulations.
• Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement.
• Holds relevant technical qualifications or progressing toward professional accreditation (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS).
