Job summary

Mace in Sydney is seeking a Senior Construction Delivery professional to lead within the Senior Construction Delivery Team, aligning with leadership direction and guiding wider teams.

You’ll drive priorities across construction delivery, digital innovation and sustainable practices, delivering short-term programmes, coordinating subcontractors and owning safety, wellbeing and quality outcomes.

You’ll champion client relationships, ensure continuous improvement and delivery of net zero outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent, with recognised accreditation (e.g. CIOB).
• Proven experience managing large work packages within site-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations and programme delivery.
• Effective communicator with digital awareness, MEP understanding and leadership capability.
