Opportunity with a privately Queensland owned civil construction company who work within resources, local authorities and main road projects across QLD and remote areas. They deliver small to medium infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges & structures, drainage and remote civil works. This is a business with an emphasis on providing a long‑term career opportunity, offering profit share.

Due to continuous project wins and company growth, this contractor is seeking a Project Manager who will be in charge of delivering projects concurrently ranging between $2M - $10M. Setup with a well‑equipped team on each site with an Engineer, Supervisor and construction team, ensuring the program is met, costings are accurate, quality assurance is recorded, and all information is entered into the master program. Experience delivering QLD Department of Main Roads (TMR) is highly preferred.

You will have functional authority for all aspects of the project and be responsible for:

• Liaising with the clients
• Planning & programming
• Review of contract documentation
• Monitoring costs against budget

We are searching for a Project Manager with a tertiary education, a steady work history going up through the ranks, on site delivering projects that consist of bulk earthworks, roads, to the specifications set by governing bodies with at least 5 years' TMR experience or equivalent main roads experience as a Project Manager. Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil infrastructure is required.

This role will suit a hard‑working professional who enjoys working for a smaller‑tier organisation, with a close‑knite team where you will be valued and taken care of. This individual can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast - must be happy to travel to site 50% of the time.
