Job summary

Marble, a well-backed mid-tier contractor, is offering a leadership role on civil roadworks and infrastructure projects across Queensland. You will supervise crews, manage earthworks, pavements, and utilities, and drive programmes to keep works moving while the team looks out for one another.

With strong leadership, a focus on safety, QA, and on-site documentation, you’ll partner with PMs and engineers to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising TMR projects across Queensland.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and site documentation.
• Hands-on leader able to drive productivity on site.
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor relationship skills.

• Supervising civil crews across roadworks and infrastructure.

• Overseeing QA (ITPs, testing, lot closures, as-builts)

The Job

• Supervising civil crews across roadworks and infrastructure.
• Managing detailed & bulk earthworks, pavements, watermain, electrical, road furniture, asphalt & more
• Driving programme outcomes and keeping works moving
• Overseeing QA (ITPs, testing, lot closures, as-builts)
• Maintaining strong safety and environmental standards
• Working closely with PMs and Engineers to deliver quality outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience supervising TMR projects across Queensland
• Strong understanding of specifications, QA processes, and site documentation (including reporting and procurement)
• Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving productivity and delivering results on site
• Skilled at managing relationships between stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams
• High attention to detail in all aspects of site management and project delivery
