Job summary

Osborne Richardson are public sector recruitment specialists with over 30 years’ experience. They are recruiting for a Lead role in Maroochydore, Queensland, to deliver the Information Architecture & Solution Readiness stream for the Council’s Asset Management Program.

The role requires a relevant IT/PM degree and proven experience in enterprise IT projects, information governance, data standards and stakeholder engagement. Compensation is $90/hr plus super, with governance timeframes to meet.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or IT qualifications; experience in enterprise IT projects.
• Experience managing complex projects involving information architecture, data governance, or system integration.
• Strong information management principles including data standards, governance, reporting, and audits.
• Excellent time management and organisation, handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing across exec and vendor groups.
• Current C Class drivers licence.

Role focus

• Lead the delivery of the Information Architecture & Solution Readiness stream of Council’s Asset Management Program, ensuring alignment with objectives, governance requirements and implementation timeframes.

Experience

• Relevant degree or industry recognised qualifications in Information Technology and Project Management and/or equivalent experience managing projects/streams within an enterprise IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex business and technology projects/streams involving information architecture, data governance, enterprise systems, system integration or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of information management principles, including data standards, governance, reporting, assurance, access controls, stewardship models and audit requirements.
• Strong time management and organisation skills to manage complex projects, manage multiple competing priorities, a variety of stakeholder expectations and influencing and achieving preferred business outcomes.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across executive, operational, technical and vendor stakeholder groups.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
