Job summary

Creative Support in Liverpool is seeking a progressive Mental Health Manager to lead our Supported Living Mental and Physical Health Recovery Service, supporting up to 26 adults and guiding our Recovery Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred recovery and rehabilitation.

You will ensure smooth service operations, provide strong staff direction, and maintain an inclusive environment where people can build independence, confidence and community connections.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience in mental health or related services can be beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with professionals and agencies.

Responsibilities
