Job summary

CGC Recruitment is partnering with a builder based in the Inner West to recruit a Project Manager for high-end residential homes up to $20m. You will manage projects valued at $7m–$12m, lead site teams, and drive programmes and budgets to successful handover.

Ideal candidate has experience delivering high-end residential projects, strong contract and financial acumen, and proficiency with Procore. A solid team and ongoing pipeline await.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager with a high end residential builder.
• Proven ability to deliver high end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting and project financials.
• Experience using Procore.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage high end residential construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Lead project teams, including Site Managers, Contracts Administrators and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and cost forecasts.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management.
• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact throughout the project.
• Coordinate consultants, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement solutions where required.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and contractual requirements.
• Utilise Procore to manage project documentation, reporting and communication.

CGC Recruitment are partnering with a builder based in the Inner West delivering architectural designed homes up to $20m. This builder has been operating for nearly 10 years and have delivered across the Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Southern Highlands.

Due to multiple projects under construction and another large home due to start later this year, our client is looking to recruit an additional Project Manager to join the team and work on a $7m or $12m project.

They are looking for someone experienced delivering architectural homes over $5m and can help drive the business with the director. You will be joining a solid team and a company with a decent pipeline of work.

The Role

• Manage high end residential construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Lead project teams, including Site Managers, Contracts Administrators and subcontractors.
