Job summary

Interpod Australia Pty Ltd in Berkeley Vale, NSW, is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to own delivery from post-sales handover through to completion. You will coordinate design, procurement, production and installation, manage client expectations, schedules and budgets, and ensure safe, profitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive the completion, review, and approval of design documentation and production-ready deliverables.
Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and margin performance.
Identify, negotiate, and secure variations, claims, and commercial outcomes.
Manage project risks, contractual obligations, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Lead cross-functional team collaboration, providing clear direction, accountability, and problem resolution.
Ensure all client approvals, project milestones, and deliverables are achieved in line with scope, budget, and program commitments.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery from post-sales handover through to successful completion. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for client satisfaction, program management, commercial performance, and cross‑functional coordination across multiple stakeholders.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be the primary point of accountability for project outcomes.
