Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking two Program Delivery Managers to join our Portfolio and Project Delivery teams on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead the design and delivery of digital initiatives, build compelling business cases, and coordinate change management and project delivery across complex programs in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs or projects in large, complex organisations (preferably healthcare).
• Qualifications in portfolio, program or project management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and timely advice on programs and projects, including strategies for successful design and delivery of initiatives.
• Develop complex program and project business cases, project plans, progress and closure reports for stakeholders.
• Lead change management, project management and project delivery services for digital initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the design and delivery of digital initiatives.
