Job summary

The BMD Group is seeking experienced civil construction professionals for ongoing North Queensland projects in Mackay and Townsville. Join a respected contractor delivering subdivision and road construction with long‑term careers, stable workloads, and a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in civil construction, a White Card, and a strong safety culture while being open to relocation within North Queensland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years' recent experience in a similar role.
• Experience delivering subdivision and/or road construction projects.
• Construction White Card.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality outcomes.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Open to relocate to Townsville or Mackay.

About You

We're looking for motivated and reliable civil construction professionals who have:

• Proven experience in civil construction projects
• Minimum 3 years' recent experience in a similar role
• Experience delivering subdivision and/or road construction projects
• Construction White Card
• A strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality outcomes
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Open to relocate to Townsville or Mackay

Experience on projects valued between $1 million and $20 million will be highly regarded.

• Residential subdivisions
