Job summary

Mono Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major Class 2 Residential projects from concept to completion. Based in Rydalmere, you will build strong client and team relationships, oversee contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance across NCC/BCA, DBPA and WHSE standards.

You will drive design coordination with Design Managers and coach project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes for multi‑stage projects valued over AUD 30 million.

Qualifications

• Extensive Builder Project Manager experience delivering Class 2 Residential Buildings over $30M.
• Qualification related to Engineering, Project or Construction Management.
• Skilled in structured, process‑driven delivery environments.
• Proficiency in MS Projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Class 2 residential projects from early planning through handover.
• Build strong relationships with clients, superintendents, authorities, consultants and internal teams.
• Oversee contracts, programs, risks and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Design Managers to drive efficient, compliant and coordinated design outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with NCC/BCA, DBPA and WHSE requirements.
• Manage budgets, approvals and reporting across all project stages.
• Lead PCGs, and project meetings.
• Oversee document control and quality processes.
• Coach, support and empower project team members to perform at their best.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead major Class 2 Residential projects from concept to completion.

The Role

Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Lead and manage Class 2 residential projects from early planning through to handover.
• Build strong relationships with clients, superintendents, authorities, consultants and internal teams.
• Oversee contracts, programs, risks and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Design Managers to drive efficient, compliant and coordinated design outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with NCC/BCA, DBPA and WHSE requirements.
• Manage budgets, approvals and reporting across all project stages.
• Lead PCGs, and project meetings.
• Oversee document control and quality processes.
• Coach, support and empower project team members to perform at their best.

Who You Are

• Qualification related to Engineering, Project or Construction Management.
• Skilled in structured, process‑driven delivery environments.
• Proficiency in using MS Projects is essential.
• A proactive communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
