Aussie Broadband is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex technology-enabled telco programs from concept to BAU. The role sits in a permanent hybrid Melbourne team and requires coordinating Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial groups to drive successful migrations and launches.

You will steer scope, budgets, and schedules, manage risks, and report insights to leadership while enabling smooth transitions across the organisation.

About the Role

Ready to lead projects that make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a permanent hybrid role based in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll lead complex business and technology projects, working across Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes, drive customer migrations and support key business initiatives. We’re looking for someone with a strong telco background who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity and turning strategy into action. If you’re passionate about delivering great customer and business outcomes while working collaboratively across the organisation, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex, technology-enabled telco programs end to end, coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial and external partners to deliver seamless customer migrations and service launches.
• Bring strong telco domain knowledge and practical delivery leadership, with the ability to manage high-volume migrations, technical dependencies, operational readiness and transition into BAU.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to align project outcomes with strategic priorities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks to keep delivery on track.
• Provide clear project updates, insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Support change, business readiness and smooth transitions into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain key project documentation and governance requirements.
• Continuously look for ways to improve project delivery, processes and ways of working.
