Job summary

Cadence is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Transformation & Delivery to lead multi-entity transformation programs in a complex operating environment. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance and adoption across multiple business units, partnering with executives and delivery partners to realise strategic benefits.

You will bring a track record of delivering major business transformations, managing change and ensuring delivery outcomes align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Project Manager – Transformation & Delivery

Cadence Connect is exclusively partnering with one of our leading, complex multi-entity clients, to appoint an accomplished Project Manager, specifically in Transformation & Delivery for a high impact contract.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded project leader to take ownership of significant transformation, operational improvement and strategic initiatives, working across multiple business units and partnering with senior stakeholders to turn strategy into tangible outcomes.

About you

You are an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows how to bring structure to ambiguity. You know how to combine strong delivery discipline with exceptional stakeholder management, commercial awareness and the ability to influence across multiple functions.

You will bring demonstrated experience delivering complex business transformation, operational improvement or strategic projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.

You will be confident managing the following...

• Project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and delivery milestones
• Governance, RAID, reporting and executive decision-making
• Cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants and implementation partners
• Organisational change, business readiness and adoption
• Benefits realisation and post-implementation reviews

Experience across Allied Health, Healthcare, Medical Services, multi-site or multi-brand environments will be highly regarded. We are equally interested in strong transformation professionals who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience from other complex, customer-focused or service-based organisations.

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience is expected. Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, AgilePM or equivalent will be viewed favourably.
