• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science or closely related field or substantial industry experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience managing complex ICT projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing ICT projects from planning through to implementation and completion.
• Strong knowledge of project-management methodologies, tools and reporting processes.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders.

Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines and budget requirements. Experience managing projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, networking infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, backup and disaster-recovery systems, and business application integrations.
