Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of key information technology projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and lead teams, with strong presentation skills at board level (CXO/CTO).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in developing detailed project plans and tracking progress.
• Experience with delivering IT projects on time, in scope and budget.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client islooking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of key information technology projects. The successful candidate will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalat[e] to management as needed.
• Mitigate constraints and eliminate bottleneck impediments through risk analysis.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Will be responsible for developing project plans, managing, and monitoring of key Information technology projects.
• Ability to lead and oversee a team of professionals.
• Strong presentation skills at board level (CXO, CTO etc.)
• Large scale Microsoft and Oracle solutions delivery experience.
• Relative business development experience and skills.
• Experience and capability of leading IT technologies.
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager. Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Information Systems and/or Information Technology and/or related technical certification in the project management field.Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience in developing a detailed project plan to track progress Experience in SCRUM and Agile related methodologies Experience in project performance measurements using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
