Job summary

Search4 is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for a major Brisbane apartment project valued at $80M+. The role covers design, pre-construction, and delivery phases in a well-established developer-builder environment.

You will coordinate with design teams, consultants, and clients during pre-construction, then lead timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks through delivery. Strong leadership of a multi-disciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
• Must have a passion for apartment new build projects $80M+.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction collaboration with design teams, consultants and clients.
• Manage construction timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks for seamless delivery.
• Lead and mentor engineers, site managers and foremen to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with repeat clients and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
• Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
• Lead and mentor your well-resourced team; engineers, CA, Site Manager, Foremen.
• Work closely with repeat clients and subcontractors.

About You

• Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
