Talent in Brisbane invites an experienced Project Manager to lead a SharePoint implementation project end-to-end. You will craft and manage plans, schedules, budgets and governance while coordinating across stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and partners.

Responsibilities include scope/risk management, workshops, migration/testing/deployment, and driving adoption of the SharePoint solution to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering technology or business systems implementations.
• SharePoint implementation, migration or major uplift project.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries like mining or utilities.
• Vendor and third‑party management experience.
• Stakeholder engagement with senior business and tech stakeholders.
• Governance, planning, risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple business areas.

• Provide regular project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering technology or business systems implementations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering a SharePoint implementation, migration or major uplift project.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environments and associated implementation considerations.
• Previous experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, infrastructure, utilities or another asset-intensive commercial environment.
• Strong vendor and third‑party management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong project governance, planning, risk management and reporting capability.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple business areas and competing priorities.
