This is a 6-month max-term full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and drive delivery activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring progress is clear, risks are understood and stakeholders stay aligned.
• Translate plans into actionable steps, supporting cross‑functional teams to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and boundaries.
• Monitor project health, identifying issues early and working with stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain delivery momentum.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, creating shared understanding of priorities, dependencies and progress.
• Support planning, reporting and governance activities that help leaders make informed decisions and keep initiatives on track.

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering projects or streams in dynamic environments, with confidence managing multiple moving parts.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams, influencing outcomes through clarity and collaboration.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining structure and focus.
• Practical problem‑solving mindset with commitment to delivering meaningful, well‑thought‑out outcomes.
• Familiarity with project delivery practices, tools and rhythms, and openness to learning IAG’s ways of working.
