Job summary

IAG is seeking a CEP Value Owner Principal to maximise value from a major transformation program across Australia. The 12-month max-term contract involves partnering with senior leaders, shaping value opportunities and guiding decisions to realise benefits.

You’ll track benefits realisation, challenge assumptions and work with business, delivery and technology leaders to protect value through the delivery lifecycle. Experience in value management and large-scale change is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in value management, benefits realisation, portfolio management or a similar value focused role.
• Strong background supporting large scale transformation, technology or enterprise change programs.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations and business outcomes.
• Experience developing, challenging and governing business cases, benefits and value assumptions.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions through evidence-based analysis.
• Financial services, insurance, banking or consulting experience will be highly regarded.
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor on value management across complex transformation initiatives.

Our Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP) is helping shape how we operate, serve customers and deliver long term business value. As our CEP Value Owner Principal, you'll play a key role in ensuring strategic investments translate into measurable business outcomes. Working across the program, you'll help identify, track and protect value, guiding decisions that maximise benefits and keep initiatives focused on what matters most. This is an opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence strategic priorities and see the impact of your work across the organisation.

This is a 12-month max-term contract role based in multiple locations across Australia.
