We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, confident dealing with people, and capable of managing projects in fast‑paced environments where no two days are the same.

Whether you already have restoration industry experience or come from a strong operational, construction, insurance, facilities, or trade background, we are prepared to invest in the right person.

This role combines:

  • Property and damage assessments
  • Project coordination
  • Client and insurer communication
  • Leadership and problem solving
  • Operational support and field‑based management

This is not a desk‑only role. We are looking for someone willing to be involved onsite, support technicians, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed onsite assessments of fire, water, mould, storm, and accidental damage claims
  • Prepare accurate scopes, reports, quotations, and project documentation
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration projects to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Manage client, insurer, and stakeholder communication throughout the restoration process
  • Support and guide restoration technicians onsite
  • Assist in managing project timelines, resources, equipment, and subcontractors where required
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and margins
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational performance
  • Participate in occasional after‑hours emergency response when required
About You

You take pride in professionalism, communication, and accountability, and you enjoy working in an environment where every day presents different challenges.

You will ideally bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • The ability to problem solve and make decisions independently
  • A hands‑on and team‑focused attitude
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
