Thomas Foods International in Adelaide seeks a hands-on Project Manager to build an internal PMO and drive project delivery across Operations, Finance, HR, IT and engineering. Based at Rose Park, you will introduce methodologies, planning, scheduling, milestones, governance and reporting.
You will lead multi-project coordination, align stakeholders, manage time and budget, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Due to our continued and significant growth, we are seeking a hands-on and experienced Project Manager. You will get to build an internal Project Management Office (PMO) that will work across our entire business, on a wide variety of projects from Operations, Finance, HR, IT as well as supporting our engineering projects team. Based at our Rose Park office, you will be able to introduce project methodologies, project planning and scheduling, milestone setting, performance, reporting and financial governance etc processes into place.
We have a large number of projects already live, with a lot more to be introduced. So your skills and experience can make a real impact to our future, by introducing project templates and upskilling business leaders in what a good project framework looks like and the need for common methods and tools for on time and on budget delivery.
Reporting to the CFO, this position requires generalist projects leadership, strong attention to detail, problem solving, time management skills and the ability to effectively communication and influence stakeholders.
