Job summary

Clough invites graduates to join the Graduate Program 2027, offering hands-on technical and practical experience to kickstart careers in construction across Australia and Asia Pacific, with potential FIFO and international roles.

You will join the New Women and Babies hospital construction project across the listed disciplines, upon completing a relevant bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026, and you may travel to remote locations as required.

• Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to travel to remote or international locations.

As part of our Graduate Program 2027 you will be given the opportunity to work on Clough’s exciting projects across Australia and Asia Pacific with the possibility of Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) and international roles.

We have a requirement for a recent Graduates to join our New Women and Babies hospital construction project in the following disciplines;

• Accounting
• Human Resources
• Commercial
• Supply Chain

• Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)

• Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or visa holder with full working rights in Australia
• Be prepared to travel to remote or international locations if required
• Be keen to develop a career within the construction industry
• Be a proactive member of the team
