Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a Civil/Infrastructure Project Coordinator to oversee civil work packages on a major wind energy development in South Australia. You will work on a 2:1 roster with senior leaders to ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires an engineering degree and 3–5+ years in civil construction, with experience coordinating teams and managing engineering packages. Strong problem solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (or equivalent) with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
• 3–5+ years in civil construction or infrastructure, preferably on complex major projects.
• Experience managing engineering packages and coordinating construction teams.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project controls, contracts, quality and compliance.
• Practical problem solving, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan civil construction activities and coordinate assigned packages.
• Interpret designs and specifications and resolve constructability issues.
• Monitor productivity, resources, programme and delivery risks.
• Coordinate engineering, supplier and subcontractor interfaces.
• Maintain inspection plans, RFIs, scopes, compliance records and progress reports.

The Opportunity
