About you

You're an engineer who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and seeing the real-world impact of your work. You're naturally curious about how complex systems come together and get genuine satisfaction from turning technical challenges into practical outcomes.

You bring experience in project engineering or project delivery, ideally within rail. You know how to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, contractors and technical specialists, and you're comfortable building relationships to keep projects moving forward.
You'll have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy getting into the detail to investigate issues, assess risks and develop practical engineering solutions.

Just as importantly, you're a strong communicator who can translate technical information for different audiences and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You hold a degree in Engineering or a related discipline and are looking for an opportunity where you can continue to grow your career while contributing to something meaningful.

Most of all, you're excited by the opportunity to work on one of the most significant rail fleet programs in NSW, helping deliver new trains that will serve communities across the state for decades to come.
