Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the Frasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartments project in NSW. This $100M residential development presents a major opportunity to lead delivery on a landmark site.

You will coordinate design coordination, subcontractors and site activities, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are met while working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to drive efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential, health or education projects with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and consultants.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine commitment to safety and quality.

• Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Assist with project programming and short-term planning.
• Monitor quality, programme and construction progress.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team on the Frasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartments project.
This exciting $100M residential development will deliver:

• 88 premium apartments
• A 7-storey residential building
• Two levels of basement car parking
• High-quality residential and shared living spaces within the growing Shell Cove precinct

Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider delivery team, you'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery from structure through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes are achieved.
