Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major community project in Melbourne, collaborating with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from start through to completion.

You will oversee planning, coordination of consultants and contractors, and maintenance of safety, quality and schedule to meet client expectations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale community, health, education or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Leading project delivery from planning through to handover.
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholders.
• Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
• Identifying and managing project risks and reporting requirements.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

The Role

This role will see you take a hands‑on leadership position in the delivery of a major community project, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Include
