Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Frasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartments project. This $100M residential development will deliver 88 premium apartments, a 7-storey building, and two levels of basement car parking, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure safe, quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage design coordination, assist with programming, monitor progress, and uphold health and safety

Qualifications

• Degree must be in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors preferred.
• Experience delivering commercial/residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Assist with project programming and short-term planning.
• Monitor quality, programme and construction progress.
• Support procurement and management of subcontract packages.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
