Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee cost, programme and quality on major projects. You will lead with a focus on risk mitigation, drive operational excellence, and embody RCC values in every interaction with clients and partners.

You will sit on the Sydney Leadership team and report to the General Manager, Operations, Sydney, contributing to the division's ongoing success and project delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification is considered.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall cost, programme and quality for assigned projects and mitigate risks.
• Deliver project objectives while driving leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
• Deliver outstanding results, continually improve, and seek feedback from peers and teams.
• Articulate RCC culture and values in dealings with stakeholders.
• Senior decision-making on project issues, reporting to General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO.
• Sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the division's success.

The Role

• To manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
• Responsible for delivering achievement of project objectives, all whilst driving continuous leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
• A passion and commitment to deliver outstanding results and to continually improve against expectations actively seeking feedback from peers and teams.
• Ability to articulate and personally demonstrate RCC company culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders. Believe in, communicate and support the company vision and strategic objectives.
• Senior decision-making responsibility on any project related issues deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO.
• This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
