Job summary
JRG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a Brisbane-based role in a nationwide Ground Engineering contractor. You will support the delivery of technically complex Ground Engineering and Slope Stabilisation projects, working closely with a Project Manager and site teams.
The role offers 75% Brisbane projects and 25% regional projects with accommodation and travel provision. Local Australian experience is essential, and a clear path to senior roles is outlined.
Qualifications
- Essential experience as Project Engineer or Site Engineer within Ground Engineering, Slope Stabilisation, Slope Remediation and Ground Improvement.
- Contractor-side experience only considered.
- Proven Australian project experience across ground engineering and civil construction scopes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with successful delivery of Ground Engineering and Slope Stabilisation projects.
- Manage project engineering, technical documentation and construction requirements.
- Coordinate engineering, design, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Assist with project planning, procurement and construction methodology.
- Review drawings, specifications, designs and engineering documentation.
