Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is assisting a client in Melbourne to recruit an adaptable engineer to support clean energy projects across solar, wind, and high-voltage packages from front-end development through commissioning.

You will collaborate with engineering leaders, suppliers and site teams, contribute to FEED studies and testing, and coordinate interfaces across HV, civil and SCADA disciplines to ensure grid readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Experience in renewables, HV power or clean energy.
• Familiarity with solar, wind, BESS or HV technologies and Australian engineering standards.
• Strong analysis, communication and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support FEED studies, design management and technical reviews.
• Prepare and assess technical scopes, equipment specifications and balance-of-plant documentation.
• Coordinate electrical, HV, civil, structural and SCADA interfaces.
• Evaluate suppliers and technical procurement inputs.
• Assist consultants, network providers and site teams with testing and grid connection.

The Opportunity

Support clean energy engineering and delivery across solar, wind, battery storage and high-voltage packages in New South Wales. You will work with engineering leaders, suppliers and site teams from front-end development through commissioning and grid connection.
