Job summary

Cirillo Civil Group in Sydney is seeking a Project Engineer to lead civil infrastructure projects across Greater Sydney and Illawarra. You will be responsible for project planning, bid management and oversight to ensure timely, cost-efficient completion while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive civil project delivery experience, a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field, and proven leadership, cost control, and WH&S capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and/or Project Management highly preferred
• Cost management and delivery experience with clear leadership traits
• Strong planning, scheduling and project controls capabilities
• Ability to plan, supervise and ensure site safety and compliance (WH&S)

Responsibilities

• Plan project critical path and define staging and timing.
• Lead the project team and interface with client and stakeholders.
• Supervise contract execution to ensure standards and guidelines compliance.
• Coordinate site teams to manage scope, variations and contract changes.
• Develop detailed project plans and programs; track and implement changes.
• Manage ITPs and demonstrate leadership to the wider project team.
• Conduct site audits and observations in line with WH&S requirements.
