Sutech Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project managers and building consultants through approvals, construction and contract administration. The role starts with approvals and pre-construction, with opportunities to broaden involvement across our consultancy services.

Sutech supports flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of 40% time spent at the office or on project sites.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in construction management, project management, building or engineering, or related experience.
• Strong written communication for reports, minutes and correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for Construction Certificate approvals.
• Liaise with architects, engineers and certifiers.
• Attend site meetings, prepare minutes and track progress.
• Maintain project records and manage contract administration tasks.
