Through a thoughtful, integrated approach to design, we form genuine partnerships with our clients and collaborators to create meaningful and resilient places that endure.

About The Role

Working within our Melbourne studio and as part of our Education team, you will play a key role in leading the design and delivery of complex, high-quality projects from the front end through to completion.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect who is confident taking ownership of projects, working directly with clients and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. You will bring strong design capability, technical expertise and a collaborative approach, with the ability to confidently lead projects from briefing and concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Lead projects from briefing and concept design through to documentation and delivery, taking ownership of project outcomes end-to-end
  • Build strong relationships with clients, leading client briefings, presentations and project discussions
  • Develop detailed project briefs and ensure client requirements are clearly understood and reflected throughout the design process
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Prepare and oversee high‑quality design and technical documentation, with a strong focus on Revit delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve design, technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Keep the Project Leader and wider team informed of key project, design, technical and delivery considerations
About You
  • 6-15 years' professional experience, ideally with experience leading projects from briefing through to delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Leader or leading the front end of projects
  • Strong Revit skills and confidence producing and overseeing high‑quality documentation
  • Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently lead client meetings, presentations and briefings
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing detailed client briefs and translating requirements into successful design outcomes
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and consultants
  • Experience delivering projects end-to-end, with a strong understanding of the relationship between design, documentation and delivery
  • Strong design communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate design concepts through drawings, imagery and presentations
  • Experience across the Education sector would be highly regarded
  • Working knowledge and experience applying the requirements of the BCA/NCC and other relevant standards
  • A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence
Employee Benefits
  • Flexible work options including recuperation time and work from home days
  • Access to industry experts through our in‑house mentoring program
  • Reimbursement of architecture registration fees
  • Generous paid parental leave: 16 weeks for primary carers, 4 weeks for secondary carers
  • $5,000 employee referral bonus and novated lease options for electric vehicles
  • Income protection insurance to cover part of your wage if you're unable to work
  • Access to confidential counselling, wellbeing, legal and financial advice
  • Supportive and diverse workplace culture
