We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Aftermarket Service team at Mt Thorley. In this exciting role, you'll support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of major equipment rebuild and service projects for mining customers across the Hunter Valley region. Working closely with Service, Parts, Finance and Administration teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, on time and within budget.
You'll be responsible for coordinating schedules, procurement activities, subcontractors, project reporting, cost tracking and project close-out activities while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
