Job summary

Komatsu Australia’s Mudgee branch is seeking a Service Lead to own day-to-day service operations, provide leadership to a team of about 15 technicians and support staff, and drive safety and productivity.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, develop the team, and ensure the service operation performs at a high level. Relocation support may be available; Komatsu offers a zero-harm culture and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a technical or trades-based team.
• Experience in a workshop, field service, fleet or similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of WIP, productivity, utilisation and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day service operations at the Mudgee branch.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to a team of technicians and staff (~15).
• Drive safety and productivity while maintaining high service performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and coach the team to achieve service goals.

Our Mudgee branch is looking for a Service Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day service operation and provide leadership, direction and support to a team of approximately 15 technicians and support staff.

What we are looking for
